NAS/Job Queue ready 'Adjust Cost' and 'Post Cost' routines

The "Out-of-box" processing reports for 'Adjust Cost' and 'Post Cost' have to be modified to supress dialog variables and handle errors.

NAV 2009's Adjust Cost Item Entries batch job works out of the box on NAS/Job Queue
