This has been announced for NAV 2013. It is not known whether they will include it in a service pack for NAV 2009.

Just saw one of the public presentations from Convergence. Looks that they have done it for NAV 2012 (aka NAV "7").

We have implemented Clipboard functionality for Dynamics NAV, allowing you to copy any entity, with related information. Pasting can be done in the same table, another table, another company, another database, another application.
