  http://mergetool.com/ are about to release a tool, that can handle this. Granted it will not all happen automaticly, and you will need to re-run the tool when you add fields to tables and pages/forms. (p.s. I am not affeliated with mergetool.com directly, but I do know Per, and I am sure the quality will be high)
